Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inner Me (the "app"), developed by Gianna Rosato ("I", "me", "the developer"). By downloading or using Inner Me, you agree to these Terms.

Description of service

Inner Me is a personal wellness app offering mood tracking, journaling (guided and free-write), goal and task tracking, guided breathing and grounding exercises, and gratitude practice. All features run entirely on your device; see the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Not medical advice

Inner Me is a wellness and journaling tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app should be treated as clinical guidance. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or are in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for the content you enter into it. Because all data is stored locally only, you are also responsible for keeping your device secure and for preserving any entries you want to keep: deleting the app deletes your data permanently, with no way to recover it.

No warranty

Inner Me is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because all data is stored solely on your device, I have no ability to back up, recover, or restore lost data under any circumstance.

Termination

You may stop using Inner Me at any time by deleting the app from your device. I may update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
